How long does the warranty last?

On any shingles that have a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer, we give a lifetime labor warranty from Advanced Roofing and Remodeling LLC.

Is the warranty period the same for materials and workmanship?

If the shingle manufacturer is less than 25 years old, then the labor drops to 10 year Labor Warranty

What specific issues or damages does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers the workmanship, and installation of the shingles. Any shingles sliding down, blown off, or leaking due to workmanship 

Are there any exclusions or limitations in the warranty coverage?

Pipe boots are not included in the warranty as they need to be replaced every 5-7 years. Also any act of God storms or man-made accidents.

What is the process for filing a warranty claim?

Just give us a call and we will attend to it ASAP.

How long does it usually take to resolve a warranty claim?

No more than 2 weeks, or depending on the availability of the product.

Is the warranty transferable to a new owner if I sell my house?

The warranty is transferable to a new owner for the first 10 years from the date of the install.

How often should inspections or maintenance be done, and can you provide a recommended maintenance schedule?

When the roof reaches 10 years of age, then inspections is recommended every 2 years.

Who will perform the repair work if a warranty issue arises?

Advanced Roofing and Remodeling LLC.

Are there any costs I would be responsible for, such as service fees or labor charges?

No.

Will I receive written documentation of the warranty terms?

Yes.
